Vintage pink suede and sequin skirt with blue ribbon lacing through hem.

Size best fits a 6-8. Waist measurement laid flat is 12 inches. There is stretch in the skirt and a little at the waistband. Will stretch up to 14 inches laid flat.

Brand is patty shelabarger from 90’s.

Condition is good however there has been some stitching to the suede part of the skirt that ripped but hardly visible when wearing. See photos.
