Vintage Hobbs pure silk midi skirt with two layers of silk. A neon lime green underlay and a darker lime green sheer over layer.

Size is labelled as a 12 but best fits an 8-10 depending on where you would like it to sit (higher on the waist or lower on the hips). Waist measurement laid flat is 15 inches.
